Shipping policy

HOMES Great Lakes offers a flat rate shipping of $5.00 for all orders within the continental United States. We offer free shipping on orders over $100. Use FREESHIP when checking out. 

Shipping Method: USPS

Orders processed within 1-2 business days

Estimated delivery time is 2-5 days, but that time can change based on USPS workflow

International shipping is not provided at this time. 

Damaged packages: If the packaged is received damaged, please send us a picture of the damage immediately via email: homesgreatlakes@gmail.com. We will try to make this right for you, as customer satisfaction is our primary goal!

Shipping during summer months: Please be mindful of deliveries on hot days. Sometimes candles can melt during hot months and sitting outside for long periods of time. We will do what we can on our end to ensure your candle reaches you in the best condition possible. Unfortunately, hot weather is out of our control.
