Cask & Lantern Soy Candle

There is a particular hour after dark when the water disappears and the windows become mirrors. Below deck, the crew has settled in and the day’s work is behind him. After the last watch, the captain pours himself a drink. Oak-aged brandy fills the glass, warm with cinnamon and brightened by a twist of orange. The sweetness of tonka and praline blend together with vanilla and sandalwood, and linger in the lamplight.

Cask & Lantern captures the quiet ritual at the end of the day on the Great Lakes: a weathered captain, a warm cabin, and one last drink before dawn.
